- Large deal experience (all top 10 deals, first $1M booking)
- Enterprise sales methodology (MEDDICC, Challenger certified)
- 3 years Solutions Consulting at Oracle (enterprise background)

Fractional VP
$0-$5M ARR startups building GTM from scratch
- 15-20 hours/week (hands-on sales leadership, not just advisory)
- 5+ years sales leadership experience (front-line + second-line)
- Month 1: Position product, define ICP, close 1-2 deals myself
- Month 2: Hire first AE, build sales playbook from experience
- Month 3: Ramp AE, transition deals, move to advisor role
- The math: VP costs $250K+ vs $120K/year fractional
- Recent results: $0→$800K ARR in 9mo (AI startup client)
